As a Naturopath, Clair is a strong believer in the power of natural healing. Her primary area of interest is women’s and children’s health. As a woman and mother of two, she has a wealth of first-hand knowledge about the impact of hormones, fertility, children’s health and general wellbeing for both adults and children.
“My own journey to better health and use of natural therapies began over ten years ago. When my partner and I experienced difficulties starting a family, a pre-conception consult saw me diagnosed with thyroid disease and PCOS.”
“Using a combination of natural and western medicine, we conceived naturally and now live happily as a family of four. It was that life-changing experience that shaped my belief in the impact of naturopathy and natural therapies. Ultimately it drove my decision to change career and devote myself to helping others achieve the same positive results.”
Practising naturopathy daily on herself and her family, Clair understands the importance and benefits leading a balanced lifestyle. Life is busy and often stressful, so it's important to remain focused on the big picture and not beat yourself up over the small things.
Whether it's helping to deal with the stress of everyday life, detoxification, rebalancing hormones, or dealing with sleep disturbances, Clair combines herbal medicines, nutrition and lifestyle advice to facilitate your body’s return to a healthy, happy state.
Passionate about healthy living and great food, Clair believes in instilling good health values from a young age. Re-educating adults about eating delicious wholesome foods as well as living a healthy lifestyle is key to helping the next generation of children to understand the benefit health themselves.
When Clair is not working with clients, she enjoys cooking, horse riding and getting back to nature with her family.
Clair’s gentle, practical and understanding approach will help you achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle and live better, forever.
